TECNITILES
TECNITILES is the brand of raised flooring systems, that may as a response to the need for technical and dynamic solutions for hospitality and office spaces. Based on performance and safety parameters, the TECNITILES flooring system can be combined with various types of finishes, resulting in a technical and aesthetic symbiosis capable of responding to the needs of use of each space.
TECNITILES technical raised floors are produced in accordance with the UNI EN 12825: norm 2003, the only European regulatory reference for this type of flooring.
STRUCTURE

The main characteristic of the TECNITILES structure is its hardness and mechanical resistance, given by the joint components in conjunction with the adjustable pedestal and horizontal safety bars.
These joints, Together with the high structural rigidity maintain the electrical continuity for the metal structure.
The TECNITILES structure is standardized into four base models with twenty different varieties of construction, provided for each mechanical effort required, and rated class 6 (Norma UNI EN 12825) with heights of 80 to 2000 mm.
COMPONENTS OF THE ELEVATED FLOOR

- Top coat
- Core
- Rim
- Lower lining
1. Top coat
The top finish is the element that characterizes the aesthetic aspect of the floor and can be made of different materials. You can also choose an uncoated panel.
Thanks to the wide range of interior solutions, TECNITILES raised floors not only make it possible to create working environments in line with technological progress, but also solutions of high aesthetic value, with particular attention to the comfort of the end user.
Finishes: porcelain, Granites, stones, Terracotta, wood, PVC, linoleum, rubber, laminates and other materials upon request.
2. Core

Cluster core
TECNTILES panels and panels with this type of core are made of wood chipboard of Class E1 (according to EN 717-2) with very low formaldehyde emissions and a high density of 730 kg/m³.

Calcium sulfate nucleus
The calcium sulfate nucleus is composed of a cbeloved monolithic anhydrous calcium sulfate reinforced with recycled cellulose fibers, class 0 (class A1 according to EN 13501-1) reaction to fire.
For the production of this type of panels, TECNTILES uses calcium sulphate with a density of 1600 kg/m³, the highest available on the market.
3. Anti-shock edge
The perimeter edge is made of ABS with high mechanical resistance, thermal and anti-scratch. Covers the perimeter of the panel, protecting it from impacts. Ensures perfect articulation between panels for easy handling and repositioning.
4. Lower lining
The bottom coating can be of various types:
– Primary: dust repellent, only for sulfate panels.
– Aluminum foil: thickness 0,05 mm; can protect from possible moisture.
– Galvanized steel tray: thickness 0,4 mm; creates a barrier against moisture and improves mechanical resistance.
